Most issues with vouchers have to do with not entering the digits correctly as they appear on the voucher. The best way to redeem your voucher code is to copy and paste it into
the code box. Please make sure that you are not substituting the letter "O" with the numeral "0" or the letter "l" with the numeral "1" or letter "i". Make sure that the capitalization is correct - you must enter the code exactly as it appears
(uppercase and lower case as shown). Also, there will never be spaces before or after the code. If you are still unable to redeem your voucher, please contact us
It usually takes 8 to 10 weeks for your subscription to be processed and the first issue to be mailed.
Please do not contact us until that period of time has elapsed. You can always try calling the publisher's 800# first and if they are unable to address your needs please let us know.
Just enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your current subscription's mailing label and the new subscription
will automatically be added to your existing one.
If you have already received your first issue please contact the publisher's 800# directly.
If you have not received your first issue please contact us with your full name and include the old and new addresses. We cannot process change-of-address requests
without both addresses.
Just enter the gift recipient's name and address in the "Deliver to" page.
